A four-week comprehensive program of fitness instruction, food modification, nutritional counseling, diet planning, & motivational training provided

What is it?
The Napa Adventure Boot Camp is an outdoor program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Boot Camp is packed with fun and exciting activities to keep your workouts enjoyable everyday!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Circuit training, interval training, calisthenics, exercises with bodyweight, dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells and more.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during their selected program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

When does the next camp start?
See ourAnnual Calendar:Napa, Sonoma, St. Helena.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights and any type of exercise mat (You can get both of these at any local Target or Walmart type stores). You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in a layers and even if it is chilly don’t worry you will get warm very fast! And always bring a good attitude!

So, what will I gain in camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem!

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
We have package pricing as low as $9 per workout. We can discuss these packages with you after your one week trial.
